Today's run cleared the import flag from 27 thin stop-motion works, added 40 credits and 19 new people, and merged one duplicate. Twenty-two shorts from the 2017 and 2019 tail of the TMDB stop-motion keyword got their first credits. Kirsten Lepore, director of Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, now has Hi Stranger, her 2017 short addressed straight to the viewer. Chris Lavis and Maciek Szczerbowski of Madame Tutli-Putli gain the one-minute We Eat Shit. Also credited: Fabio Friedli's In a Nutshell, Lei Lei and Thomas Sauvin's Hand Colored no.2, Nathalie Djurberg's Dark Side of the Moon, Emily Ann Hoffman's Nevada, Otis Beer's Cat Trip, and a second Eric Leiser film, Apocalypsis:Theosis. Michael Bartolomeo, already listed for Fed and Washed, adds the horror comedy Solved. Tochka, the light-painting duo of Takeshi Nagata and Kazue Monno, is now the studio on PiKA PiKA and Abstract feat. Alkama. Four films the catalogue held only by English TMDB titles (Family Deck, Scarlet Road, Tug-Tug and A Branch of a Pine Is Tied Up) turned out to be by Japanese puppet animator Tomoyasu Murata; see today's separate new-works entry. The TMDB-imported SpongeBob SquarePants: The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom was a second record for Screen Novelties' 2017 special The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom. It is now merged into that page, which gains TMDB writers Andrew Goodman and Ben Gruber. Skipped: The Giant, whose only TMDB credit is unreliable, and Sky High Tea, which has no crew listed (its note was updated).
