Ongoing handcrafted stop-motion puppet character/short series from Philadelphia studio Unpop (founded 2013 by Marie Hart and Peter Heacock). Tiny Grandma, a Korean grandmother character inspired by Hart's mother and grandmother, went viral in 2026 (9M+ views, ~337K likes on a single Instagram video) cooking Korean recipes. Hart and Heacock paused commercial work for six months to build the IP.
