Second Home Studios' Tweedy & Fluff heads into its third year on Milkshake!, PFCAT's stop-motion spotlight runs through the weekend
Creative Boom profiled Birmingham's Second Home Studios and its Milkshake! preschool series Tweedy & Fluff (created by children's author Corrinne Averiss, directed by studio founder Chris Randall), which has held the #1 slot in its timeslot since its October 2023 premiere and has now been picked up by MIAM! Distribution for international sale (HRT Croatia, YLE Finland, SVT Sweden), on top of existing S4C/BBC Alba/TG4 broadcast. Separately, Portland's PFCAT festival (Aug 18-23) continued its expanded stop-motion spotlight -- covered here on 2026-08-21 -- with a Creator Expo on Saturday Aug 22 letting attendees meet stop-motion artists and view original puppets/production materials.
